Shipping & Delivery
- We offer 2 delivery services:

- Standard (3-5 working days) £5.50 up to 25kg*
- Express (48hrs) £9.00 up to 25kg*
- *There is a carrier surcharge of 25p per kg over 25kgs. Most products are well under 25kgs however when ordering multiples of feeding, the postal weight is likely to exceed 25kg. You will be shown the full amount of postage on screen before you commit to purchase. All delivery charges are including VAT.

Returns & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 28 days of purchase, unused and with their original packaging, and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that any altered products and items damaged through wear cannot be returned. We recommend that you insure the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage.

- If you have placed your order on line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The e-mail confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.

Prices
- All our prices are correct at time of publishing and are EXCLUSIVE to the website.
- We try and ensure that the prices on our website are accurate however; we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if that is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money that you have paid.

- You can pay by any Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or solo cards. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through the PayPoint.net payment gateway.
- RH Miller will not store any credit/debit card details.
- The prices displayed are in British pounds.

Only one entry per person.
Winners must collect their prize from Millers Town and Country stores.Anybody may take part except employees of RH Miller Ltd. and their family members.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.RH Miller Ltd. cannot take any responsibility for lost entry forms or any damage, losses or injuries related to the prize draw or prize.
The winner will be chosen at random and notified via e-mail.
The name of the lucky winner will be available in the Competition section of our website following the closing date.
By entering the competition and supplying your information, you consent to receive relevant promotional material via e-mail.
